Reader angry over 'miff'

"Removal of sign miffs candidate." Are you kidding me!? Miffed means irritated, put out or annoyed.
Do you think Ted Hong was simply irritated by this personal, infantile and dirty political stunt? Do you think the owner of the property, Monika Mallick, was just slightly annoyed by the trespassing and burglary that took place on her property? Do you think that Ted Hong's campaign manager was just a tad put out with the time wasted and the shock of learning that the Police Department was aware of this act and that the state Department of Transportation participated in this criminal act? Do you think that I am only merely annoyed that my financial support of the Ted Hong's campaign is disrespected in this manner?
Next time you attempt to pen an article, try these words on for size. After all, they basically sum up how I feel about this stunt pulled by the labor union hacks. I was -- and am still -- angry, enraged, pissed-off, disappointed and shocked by the strong-arm actions of these obvious Takamine supporters.
You need to do a better job of reporting and understanding the issues and what's at stake. These kinds of dirty political tricks and your paper's attempts to minimize them on behalf of the "old boys" needs to stop. You need to maintain your journalistic integrity and your editor should know better.
This is why I am miffed enough to have canceled my subscription to your paper.
